About this Event

Each attendee will experience a breath adjustment” TM " towards a diaphragmatic breath, to impact movement, circulation, and the best relaxation response. Come in relaxing clothes for this 90-minute session with Q&A.

Breathology/Breathwork- the art and science of breath awareness, breath mechanics & breath techniques that advance spirit, mind & body, will be interactively shared with theory, providing optimal oxygen to enhance all levels of health. Embodiment movements will demonstrate many ways to breathe and offer stress-busting, relaxation, and de-stress techniques.

Ayo Handy-Kendi is ”The Breath Sekou”, a master teacher of 50+ years of breath study and training as a Certified Breathologist, Transformational Facilitator, Laughter Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master 3, Ra Sekhi, QiCong II, and Diversity Trainer She is renowned as “Mama Ayo”, the Re-enactor/Storyteller and the 1993 founder of Black Love Day, Feb. 13 and The Ritual of Reconciliation.
