Affordable yoga in Helsinki (FI)

Meet us for a 60-min practice on Sunday, October 27!
The yoga class is taught in English, it is accessible to all, no matter your experience, age or background.

Please arrive 10 min earlier to set your mat and get ready to start practicing on time.
Your teacher
I am Laura, an Italian former Ballet dancer and now a visual and performance artist. Yoga played a transformative role in my life, helping me reconnect with my body after years of neglect. It allowed me to rediscover the pleasure of movement and confront aspects I had been avoiding.

In 2022, I obtained my certification as an Ashtanga and Vinyasa teacher in India.
While emphasising proper alignment and technique, I encourage students to understand, appreciate, and respect their bodies as they practice on the mat.
