Affordable Homeownership Info Session (5/30)

When you buy a home with Habitat Chicago, we provide the knowledge, experience and support to help make the process not only doable and affordable. We know homeownership can be tough, but we're here to make sure you are equipped for success.

We partner with hard-working households like yours who meet our qualifications, with no discrimination in selection. We want to invest in families who are willing to invest in their communities. Is that you?

Habitat Chicago will be accepting applications in the summer of 2026, as space in our Affordable Homeownership Program permits. We encourage all interested applicants to attend one of our in person information sessions to learn more about the program, its requirements, and how to complete the application. Please note there is a 7-year residency requirement to purchase homes in the Austin neighborhood. Sufficient documentation must be provided.
