Join us for our last Affirmations through Art class in 2025.
Affirmations through Art involve expressing positive statements and beliefs visually through painting, drawing and other forms of art to reinforce self-belief and desired outcomes. This process can help with mental clarity, emotional expression and self-soothing, making it a valuable tool for personal growth and artistic exploration.
No experience is necessary, only a desire to create, play and explore.
By engaging in this practice, participants unlock a safe space to express themselves freely, embrace their imagination, and foster a deeper connection to their inner world.
