Join Jennifer for an evening of affirmation meditation, enhanced with the subtle and healing energy of Reiki.
This session is designed to help you harness the power of positive self-talk and create powerful, lasting change. Jennifer will guide you through a series of affirmations while channeling healing Reiki energy to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of well-being.
The cost for this transformative hour is $20, and RSVP is required by 4:00 PM on the day of the meditation.

The meditation will begin promptly at 7:00 PM and end at 8:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to make payment, find a seat, and get comfortable, as the doors will close at 7:00 PM and the meditation will begin.
What is an Affirmation Meditation?
An affirmation meditation combines the calming benefits of meditation with the positive effects of affirmations. By focusing your mind on uplifting statements while in a meditative state, you can more effectively reprogram your subconscious mind, reinforce new beliefs, and cultivate a more positive mindset.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. During the meditation, Jennifer will channel this gentle energy to help clear energetic congestion and support your body’s natural healing processes.
