Affinity's Sneaker Soiree 30th Anniversary Celebration

Get ready to sashay your way to Affinity's "Sneaker Soiree: We're on the Move!" Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, October 18, from 5-9pm at the Charles A. Hayes Center, located at 4859 S Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL.

Who doesn't like a cool sneaker theme, right?! But, don't get it twisted; we're still celebrating in style. Whether you decide to sport cocktail, gala, avant-garde, or business pro attire, or none of the above, rock your sneakers with your 'fits, and sashay your way to Affinity's Sneaker Soiree!

And do we have lots to celebrate! The Sneaker Soiree will feature special guests, exciting announcements, video tributes, delicious food and drink, great music, and of course, dancing! For 30 years, Affinity has been advocating, community-building, and serving Black LGBTQ+ people in Chicagoland alongside you. Thank you for being part of our community over the past three decades and for your love, support, and partnership.

Our 30th anniversary theme, "Honoring Our Past, Creating Our Futures," reflects our deep appreciation for Affinity's history and the strong foundation our founders and founding board members established, as well as our unwavering commitment to advancing Affinity into bolder and newer horizons.

Our Early Bird Special of $100 per ticket runs until Wednesday, September 24, at 11:59pm CST! Afterward, the regular price of $125 per ticket goes into effect.
