After a number of years hosting our annual Ladies Day, we're pleased to share the evolution of this key event into the AFC Friends & Family Charity Day which this year will be raising funds for the Ronald McDonald House.
The transition of this event seeks to acknowledge and further engage with those who support the wonderful players, volunteers and coaches to maintain their involvement with our Club ... this could be;
Mum & Dad who drive you to your game each week
Someone special at home that cooks dinner for you to come home to after training
A parent or carer that looks after the kids while you're coaching on the sideline
Your number one supporter who is in the stands rain, hail or shine
The sponsor that helps you with your rego fee's every year
In the spirit of involving our whole Club, we will be holding three separate events across Senior, Under 18 & Community matchdays to ensure that our whole community has an opportunity to come together.
Community (CM2, CM1): Saturday 18 July, 11:45-3:45pm
Under 18 (M18, W18): Friday 14 August, 5:30-9:30pm
Seniors (W2, W1, M2, M1): Saturday 15 August, 9-4:30pm
We would love to have your company for a day at the footy, where we hope to show our hospitality with all-day catering and drinks under the marquee - as a fundraising event we're pleased to share that the ticket price is completely tax deductible.
Each ticket holder is entitled to entry into a single day, to attend across multiple days you must purchase separate tickets.
All profits from the events will be donated towards the Ronald McDonald House, who provide families with seriously ill or injured children with a home away from home.
