This year's AES Exhibition will take place on Saturday 28th September 2024, at Kempton Park Racecourse, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 5AQ, UK.
This flagship event will be the harbinger of our 90th anniversary year in 2025. The Society is open to all entomologists, to join, visit: www.amentsoc.org/membership.
Members of the Society are able to display an exhibit on the day - a tradition that has continued since our first documented Exhibition in 1939 (registration forms for members can be downloaded from this page).
In addition to the major entomological and related natural history societies, the event will feature well-known artists, sellers of entomological books, and stalls selling entomological crafts, livestock and mounted specimens. There will also be art and craft activities for children.

13:00 Creature Courage talk, on animal phobias and their treatment
14:00 Awarding of prizes for best exhibits
15:00 Recorded talk and online launch Q&A with Craig Macadam, author of the Riverfly Handbook – available from AES Publications on the ground floor at a special exhibition price.

The AES always carefully monitors all livestock and specimens on sale, to ensure compliance with current wildlife legislation.
Attendance at this large event is open to all. There is a £6 entrance fee for attendees, and £3 for children aged 7 to 17 years. Tickets are on the door, card preferred but cash is accepted.
AES members with exhibits gain free entry and can enter early from 10:30. All Junior (Bug Club) members also get in free, on production of proof of membership, as will one accompanying adult per junior member bringing an exhibit.
