Introducing Aerospace Academy Family Workshops at the New England Air Museum 🚀
Designed for kids ages 8–12 and their caregivers, these hands-on workshops bring aviation to life through interactive activities, behind-the-scenes access, and guided tours you won’t find anywhere else.

Join all SIX workshop themes and complete the Aerospace Academy Family Workshop Challenge!
🗓 Flexible scheduling (same experience, different times!):
• Tuesdays (10am–1pm)
• Thursdays (12pm–3pm)
• Saturdays (10am–1pm)
💡 Details:
• $40 per session (includes 1 child + 1 caregiver & museum admission)
• Small groups (just 20 kids per workshop!)
• Spots fill fast—registration closes 2 weeks before or when sold out

Summer 2026 Workshops:
Week 1: July 5-11, 2026: Aircraft Design: Learn the basics of aircraft engineering and discover how aerospace engineers revolutionized the world.
Week 2: July 12-18, 2026: World War II Wonders: Discover the aviation innovations (and innovators!) of World War II and learn how they continue to impact modern life today.
Week 3: July 19-25, 2026: Everything But Airplanes: Learn how the four forces of flight apply to aircraft other than airplanes and how aircraft components keep those aircraft flying.
Week 4: July 26-August 1, 2026: Aircraft Restoration: Discover how NEAM restores historic aircraft and roll up your sleeves to practice your aircraft maintenance skills.
Week 5: August 2-8, 2026: Space Voyagers: Learn how humans use the science of flight to explore our solar system and beyond.
Week 6: August 9-15, 2026: All About Airports: Explore the past, present, and future of airport operations and try your hand at airport careers
