Aerobics Anonymous- 45

Gone are the days of feeling self-conscious at the gym. Aerobics Anonymous is a 45-minute Saturday morning class where you can get moving with no judgment and no pressure. We keep it anonymous and welcoming – no need to worry about your experience or fitness level. The class is designed to promote movement and well-being for everyone, regardless of your starting point. Our goal is simple: help you get active, improve your health, and have fun along the way.

In each session, you'll be guided through energizing aerobics moves set to upbeat music that makes you want to move. It's all about getting your heart pumping and releasing those feel-good endorphins. Whether you're new to exercise or a workout veteran, you can go at your own pace. No one is singled out or left behind – it's your workout, your way.

Mark your calendar: classes run every Saturday at 11:00 AM from March 29 through the first week of May. Start your weekend with an empowering workout in a friendly, stress-free setting. Come as you are, and leave feeling accomplished and energized!

• Inclusive & Respectful: Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level or background. Be kind and encouraging to others – we maintain a judgment-free, anonymous environment where all can feel comfortable and supported.
• Punctuality: Arrive on time (or a few minutes early) so we can start together. If you do come late, please enter quietly without disrupting the class.
• Attire & Hydration: Wear comfortable workout clothes and proper athletic shoes. Bringing a water bottle (and a towel if you like) is recommended to stay hydrated and fresh throughout the session.
• Participation & Pace: Give your best effort and stay engaged, but go at your own pace. Modify exercises as needed and listen to your body. It's okay to take breaks when needed – just jump back in as soon as you're ready.
• Positivity & Privacy: Keep a positive attitude and help create a supportive atmosphere. Avoid using phones during class, and please refrain from taking photos or videos to respect everyone’s privacy.
