The Aerobic Capacity Course — Hybrid Training & Racing Playbook with Chris Hinshaw is specifically designed to equip coaches and athletes of all experience levels with tailored strategies to excel in the unique challenges of hybrid racing and fitness racing events applied to PURE STRENGTH equipment.

The course focuses on optimizing cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular stamina, and resistance to fatigue to maximize overall performance across various functional movements encountered in competitions.
