Come join us for the launch of 'Aerie Tales', the wonderful first poetry booklet by Sondos Al-Saqqa. Sondos is a Palestinian poet living in Gaza who writes about living under occupation and genocide and whose heartfelt words have reached multiple countries and have been illustrated by Ken Tanaka.
You will be able to hear some of her poems (maybe one in her own voice!) and the voices of Edinburgh-based poets and storytellers Aliya Davids, Alma (Tere Bertucci), Sandra MacDonald, and Paige Summerhill. And also get a copy of Aerie Tales!
