This workshop offers a balanced aerial yoga experience combining flowing sequences with deep stretching to help you relax, build flexibility, and gently develop strength. Ideal for students with a standard range of movement who want a calming yet empowering practice.

• Enjoy long holds for deep stretching and release
• Build gentle strength to support your body in and out of the hammock
