This 20-hour Aerial Yoga Training is an invitation to move differently, to feel supported, curious, strong, and a little playful. Led by Ro Nwosu of Form Pole & Fitness Studio, this training blends grounded movement with flight, offering both technical skill and spacious creativity.Each participant will be provided with a 6-class pack to join practice classes at FORM in accordance with mandatory hours to finish this course.
Yoga Alliance CEC credits are provided.
If you're curious about aerial but haven’t tried it yet looking to deepen your personal practice a yoga, Pilates, dance, or fitness teacher wanting to expand your offerings someone who loves movement and learning in a group setting.
