This 60-minute Aerial Yoga class focuses on combining the gentle flow of breath with deep stretching and mindful movement, all while using the support of the aerial hammock. The course is 9-weeks long, with no class the week of Thanksgiving. Register on Momence: https://momence.com/s/122499316
