This class is perfect for those that are new to aerial or new to yoga in general. TRUST is a huge component of this class. You will not only learn to trust the aerial silk, but learn to trust yourself as we explore postures that will increase flexibility and strength. No yoga experience necessary, but an open mind is. This is an All Levels class that offers progressions/modifications to be suitable for everyBODY. Please bring a mat and water. Please wear a shirt that covers the underarms and avoid jewelry to help keep the silks clean and snag-free. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow adequate time to size your aerial silk.
Preregistration required due to limited space. Cancellations on the day of class and no shows will be charged. (Warrior III members will be charged $20, all others will lose the visit from their pricing option.)
