Get ready to flip, fly, and have fun! Our Kids & Teens Aerial Yoga class is all about movement, laughter, and discovering the joy of yoga in the air. With supportive silk hammocks, kids can swing, stretch, and explore poses in a way that feels more like play than exercise.
Bring your child along for a parent–child adventure, or let them come with friends to share in the fun. This class helps build strength, flexibility, and confidence while giving kids and teens a chance to express themselves and burn off energy in a positive way.
No experience is needed—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to have fun. Whether they’re hanging upside down, floating like superheroes, or relaxing in their hammock cocoons, this class is sure to spark joy and leave them smiling.
