This is a big mission for Gayle and I as we want to reach and help as many people as we can.Join us for a deeply transformative experience that combines the power of Aerial yoga, meditation, and sound healing in one holistic class. This session begins with gentle aerial yoga to warm up and stretch the body, promoting flexibility and mindfulness. The flow of breath and movement sets the tone for relaxation, while also releasing any built-up tension.
Next, we transition into a guided meditation, where you’ll be invited to connect deeply with your inner self, cultivating presence, calm, and clarity. Through mindful breathing and visualization, you’ll quiet the mind and center your thoughts.
The session will conclude with a soothing Soundbath, where harmonic vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments wash over you, helping to balance the body’s energy and promote deep relaxation. The combination of sound frequencies and meditation offers a unique opportunity to reset, heal, and restore.
This class is perfect for those looking to relieve stress, enhance emotional well-being, and experience a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation.
No prior experience is necessary-just come with an open heart and mind! 🤍🩵
We will provide heated eye masks, and some props (upon availability) but feel free to bring along any props such as pillows or blankets to make your experience most comforting. You can bring a journal along as well to jot down any thoughts that come up for you after the session.
