These workshops will be fun, relaxing, and provides a unique challenge no matter your level from beginner to advanced.The silks support to deepen stretches, relax, and create a fun and different way of practicing yoga.
We will stretch and strengthen while exploring just a bit of hanging upside down!!
Bring some friends and make it a group outing!!
- Minimum of 6 students (if less then 6 students sign up, workshop will be canceled and refunds will be issued) Notification to be sent 48 hours prior)
- Maximum of 16 students
- Bring your Yoga Mat
