Embark on a journey of strength, flexibility, and serenity with our exclusive aerial yoga course at Bloom Holistic Collective.
This 3-week course is designed to introduce the most important aspects of an Aerial Yoga practice to you, including fundamental poses, modifications if needed, and always with safety as our priority.
The structure is in place to build upon each week, so every class must be attended in the 3 week course.
Some yoga or fitness experience is recommended.
