This is an inclusive class designed for practitioners of all levels! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, strengthening poses, and inversions, all while using a supportive aerial hammock. This unique practice combines traditional yoga postures with the added benefits of suspension, allowing you to deepen your stretches, build core strength, and improve your balance and flexibility. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and an open mind!
