Join "Autumn Moon Holistic Wellness" and "Tandem Unified Wellness" for a special 1 hour "Aerial Yin Yoga Sound Bath Meditation" inside the studio at Tandem Unified Wellness in Brockville, Ontario!
For this event, you will have the option to use one of our Aerial Hammocks (or you are welcome to use a yoga mat instead) for your yin yoga poses, where we will hold the poses for a longer period of time. In the Aerial Hammocks, experience the gentle embrace and support of the hammock, allowing you to deepen into your poses and holds. For this class, we will hold space for up to 10 aerial hammocks, depending on the number of participants who would like to use the aerial hammocks, so please indicate your preference (hammock or mat) upon booking! Poses in the hammock will be close to the ground, and used simply as a support! Poses will be easy and comfortable, and accessible to most levels - no previous experience needed! Savasana in the hammock is truly magical!
Take this practice deeper with our coordinated Sound Bath Meditation! Vibrations & frequencies produced from special sound healing instruments will support poses and activate your parasympathetic nervous system to promote balance, peace, and harmony! Sound healing can provide therapeutic relief from stress & anxiety, physical pain, poor sleep, high blood pressure + more!

1. Yoga mat (if not using a hammock)
2. Blanket & head pillow (if you wish)
3. Any supportive blocks or cushions you would like
4. Water bottle
5. It is best to dress in layers in case you get warm or cool.
