An hour of Stretching, Relaxing & Restoring the body and mind with this unique Aerial Yin class During Yin Yoga you hold postures for longer than usual. This allows your nervous system time to unwind and let go plus a deeper release in your muscles & interconnected tissues.
Supported by the aerial sling your body eases its way into a deep stretch as gravity gradually pulls you deeper as your breath work relaxes the body.
Finishing with an aerial cocoon floating final relaxation.
This is a low impact, low hung class suitable for all levels.
This class is included in our Monday students term package.
