We'll begin by settling into an inspiring guided meditation focused on manifestation, dream-fulfilling, and goal-setting. Next, we'll take to the air with a fluid, dance-like vinyasa flow, using the silk hammock as a prop to explore inversions and deepen stretches. We'll wind down with a series of slow, long-held yin-like stretches.
