This class blends conditioning and creative movement, inviting you to build strength through core body engagement while also exploring playful transitions and shapes.
You will be guided through postures that tone and build up your body, followed by time to explore the lighter, more imaginative side of aerial movement.
Whether you’re new to aerial or refining your practice, this class encourages you to connect with your inner strength while celebrating the freedom and playfulness of being off the ground.
*As always with aerial, please remember to wear long sleeves without zippers, remove any jewelry that may snag the silk, and keep scents to a minimum.
