Hey there! Join us for an exciting Aerial Spiral Workshop with Emmy at Go Getter Movement Studioz. Get ready to elevate your aerial skills and have a blast! The workshop will take place on March 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM (Eastern Time). Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to soar to new heights!
In this workshop you will first learn some basic skills to get you comfortable moving on a 12’ tall aerial spiral. You will then learn a series of moves to create a brief but mesmerizing routine. Requirements include either three strong pole climbs and prepping for inversions, or 5 intro/beginner lessons on any aerial apparatus. This apparatus also requires bare feet, uncovered knees and ideally a tank top or equivalent type top to maximize skin contact for safety purposes. Please note that this workshop may not be suitable for those who have an intense fear of heights or cannot tolerate mild to moderate spinning. But also, if you love making creative shapes, this is workshop is definitely for you!
