Close your eyes and imagine the room dimly lit, soft shadows dancing on the walls. Silk hammocks sway gently, holding you weightless above the floor. The first gong strike rolls through the air like distant thunder, its vibration brushing your skin before you even hear it. A breath of rose and frankincense drifts past, earthy and floral at once, while a handpan’s shimmering notes ripple like light on water. Your breath deepens, your shoulders loosen, and the outside world begins to fade.

Join us for a multi-sensory aerial soundbath, a two-hour journey where sound, scent, and ceremony guide your body into deep rest and your spirit into quiet wonder.
You’ll drift in soft silk hammocks as live gongs, handpan, singing bowls, and Celtic drum rhythms ripple through the air. Fascia softens, breath slows, and thoughts finally loosen their grip.
Plant medicine tinctures, Red Rose, Blue Lotus, Mugwort, and Hawthorn, offer grounding and gentle insight, while essential oils invite calm and clarity.
No aerial experience needed. Just come as you are and let the sound carry you.

We recommend using one of the nearby long-stay car parks:

• High Street Multi-Storey (SA1 1LP) – 8-min walk
On-street parking is available nearby but limited to 1 hour between 8AM–6PM—so not suitable for the full session.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to find parking, settle in, and arrive calmly in the space.
