Thursdays July 10th to Aug 28th 6-7pm Intro to Sling - $20 for each day. Sign up for the dates that work for you. This class is a great way to develop strength and stamina for other apparatus as well as a super cool apparatus on its own. It is a hanging hammock set up that supports the body while exploring movements starting from the ground and working upwards.
