Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat in beautiful Manitou, SK. We will reconnect with nature, enjoy healthy food and engage in restorative activities. Some of these activities to include a kettlebell movement and mobility session, a reflexology workshop, nature hike and some personal time to enjoy floating in the mineral-rich waters. Saturday evening we will engage in some fun as we partake in some salsa dance lessons at Danceland Hall. Cost of the retreat includes accommodation at the Super 8 Motel in Watrous, both days continental breakfast, lunch on Saturday, and dinner/dance Saturday with Salsa group.
There will be plenty of free time too should you want to explore the shops and galleries in the village.
