Aerial Silks Flex & Restore

We will start with approximately 25 minutes of active flexibility with primarily standing poses, utilizing the silks to help us stretch and improve mobility. There will be a short break, then we will move into approximately 25 minutes of restorative poses from the ground, utilizing lower hung silks and props such as bolster pillows and blocks. There will be an extended savasana at the end of class.
Beginner friendly. All bodies welcome. :) This Silks class is suitable for ages 13 and up.
No jewelry, hair clips or barrettes, metal, or zippers may be worn in the silks.

No refunds or cancellations. It is best if you sign up and show up to your original event. However, we know life happens. 2 hours notice must be given in the event you cannot attend. For events that happen on a recurring basis, we will offer an URU credit to the same event or similar event with the same teacher. (We must be notified 2 hours before the event happens.) Only one switch can occur with the credit.
