Delve deep into the technique, strength, and artistry of hipkeys- expand your repertoire and refine your aerial vocabulary.We'll be taking a good look at the technical aspects of hiplocks, and some of the most common entries to start with, building on this fundamental knowledge we will then look at a large range of shapes, sequences and drops based around hiplocks, giving you extensive knowledge and a selection of challenges to play with.
Prerequisites for this class are the ability to climb the silks, hold oneself in the air and have a basic understanding/capability to get into and hold a hiplock in the air.
