Step into stillness and let yourself be gently held. This Aerial Sound Sanctuary is a 2-hour journey designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and deeply restore the nervous system.
We’ll begin with guided breathing techniques, grounding movement and gentle release work in lowered aerial hammocks, inviting your body to let go layer by layer. From this place of openness, you’ll be guided into the cocoon of your hammock for a truly enveloping sound bath, where vibrations of gongs, bowls, chimes, drums, and all the rest of Rabins sacred instruments will flow all around you, above and below, creating a full-body sonic embrace.
