Aerial Hoop Workshop

Step into the world of aerial hoop and discover the strength, grace, and freedom of moving through the air. This workshop is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of hoop while giving you the chance to explore beautiful poses, transitions, spins, and sequences.

You will work on mounts, basic holds, transitions, conditioning, and movement vocabulary, with a focus on building confidence, body awareness, and safe technique. Whether you are completely new to aerials or have some experience, the workshop will offer space to challenge yourself while having fun.

Expect a mix of strength, flexibility, and flow as you learn to move with and around the hoop.
