About this Event

Aerial Hammock Guided Meditation & Sound Healing

Come unwind and float away in our in-person session where gentle aerial hammocks meet soothing sound waves. It's all about relaxing your mind and body as you sway peacefully. You'll be guided by calming meditation and healing tunes from the one of a kind 7 gong art sculpture the Gamelatron, and other beautiful instruments played by Sarah as you float into bliss.

Perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and reset. Bring your open mind and comfy clothes, and let's get zen together!

It's best to wear comfy clothing, bring socks if you tend to run cold, and wear light jewlry as to not snag the fabric. Blankets and pillows are here to help you relax even more.
