Aerial Hammock Guided Meditation & Sound Healing

Join us in person for a unique experience combining the gentle support of an aerial hammock with relaxing guided meditation and soothing sound healing. Let Sarah’s calm voice and healing instruments wash over you, melting away stress bringing balance to your mind and body, all while floating in an aerial hammock.

Sarah is a trained aerialist and will help you get into the silk hammock safely and find your most comfortable position. Light stretching is also a possibility if you’re up for it before your rest.

Touch of Life Spa has an incredibly unique and beautiful work of art called a Gamelatron by Aaron Taylor Kuffner. The vibrations produced by these gongs are custom created for this space and are sure to put you in a hypnotic state.

Pillows and blankets are provided. Bring comfy clothes, socks to keep your feet warm if you tend to run cold, and an open heart. It's best not to wear alot of jewelry as it can snag the silks. Cool aroma therapy eye cloths are given to help you let go even more. Look forward to seeing you there!
