Join us for a 60-minute practice led by Cia Parker, which includes 30 minutes of aerial hammock: dynamic & static stretching, along with some restorative poses to prepare the body for a restorative Sound Bath with GG Empowers.
Utilizing the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, drums, and her voice, Giselle combines her background in meditation with her music training to expertly create a soundscape journey, in which she guides you to explore your inner world at new depths, in a way that is at once stimulating and restful.
