Prepare to release and restore as we enter higher states of consciousness to induce deep levels of healing and recalibration within both the physical and subtle body. The vibration of gem-infused crystal alchemy chakra singing bowls allows us to enter Alpha and Theta brain wave states where we are able to access and reset the subconscious mind.
We use guided meditation, breathwork and positive affirmations to align our entire beings with joy, bringing us into our natural state of peace, love, and pure bliss. Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, various indigenous and african drums, rainsticks and vibrato singing are shared to create a safe space where we can more easily access the profound power we all posses to fully heal ourselves.🦋
