Strengthen your body & mind with a beginner Aerial Conditioning Class on the patio of Galveston Bay Brewing, taught by our friend Rebecca Peache!
During this class, learn the beginner level basics that focus on core and upper body strength, as well as flexibility. This class is professionally taught so you can build your skills and advance to further levels of classes.
Aerial silk & floor mat will be provided. $25 per person.
Once class is complete, stick around to enjoy brunch and a drink in the taproom with your classmates!
