Doors will open from 5-5:45 PM for check in and to mingle. Dinner will start being served @ 6:00p.m. BBQ dinner will be served buffet style. You will get a choice of 3 different meats, sides, desserts, tea, water & cash bar for beer & wine. We will do door prizes, awards, recognitions and announce the 2025 Officers.
RSVP with payment must be done by November 25,2024

Attire is casual, Christmas, dress up, biker or steampunk. Whatever makes you happy!
Live music will begin around 8:30p.m. with Bent Creek Trio
