Join us for an exclusive tour of No.1 Ancoats Green, a landmark Build to Rent development overlooking the newly redesigned Ancoats Green and the largest scheme in the world currently to meet AECB low-energy standards.
Designed by Buttress for This City, the development delivers 129 homes, including apartments and townhouses, as part of the wider transformation of Ancoats into a walkable, low-carbon neighbourhood. The scheme combines high-quality housing with strong sustainability credentials, including a fabric-first approach, excellent thermal performance and airtightness and extensive landscaping and tree planting.
During the visit, attendees will learn how the project balances ambitious environmental standards for a new sustainable community.
