Summer Specials of Adventurous Baby and Postnatal Yoga! Yoga is coming to Catton Park picnic area Thursdays at 10:30am-11:15am. We have access to Buxton Lodge for toilets and if the weather is too wet or we need shade.
A lovely way to connect with your baby and with nature. Classes involve baby yoga moves to support development, mum yoga to support postnatal recovery, singing, swinging, toys and lots of fun! Based on the park/nature and the seaside.
Suitable for mobile babies from 6 to 18 months.
Classes on 14th and 28th August, £8.50 each/
