Adventures in Oil and Cold Wax with Gwen Day

Join artist Gwen Day for this workshop designed to introduce you to Cold Wax Medium.

This workshop will take place over 2-days, Friday, May 10th and Friday, May 17th. Gwen will cover topics such as the basics of Cold Wax Medium, its uses, and applications, and how to experiment with mark-making, colour, and composition. Working in abstraction, realism, or anything in between, you will spend two days exploring this versatile medium with plenty of one-on-one instruction and time for play. This workshop is designed for participants with some experience painting and with composition.

If you enjoy making marks, texture, and experimenting this workshop is for you! Gwen balances their instruction with short demonstrations, individual attention, and plenty of time for exploration! Come join the adventure!
