Adventures in Acroyoga is a playful, all-levels four-week series exploring the foundations of partner yoga and acroyoga. Join Valerie and Oleks to learn about weight sharing, balance, communication, trust, and connection through accessible partner movement. This workshop takes place the first four Mondays in November from 7:30-9:00 pm at Open Space studio in Anchorage.
No previous acroyoga experience or partner is required. Come with a friend or come solo—we'll help you find a partner and guide you through the practice.
Expect movement, mindfulness, laughter, curiosity, and plenty of opportunities to play.
