Adventure Awaits - Sunset Meditation Under The Oaks

REGISTRATION OPENS 1/12/26 @ 12 PM

Experience nature as medicine with a guided meditation hike at Delray Oaks Natural Area. The hike will include a solitary walking meditation as well as a short guided meditation sitting, before returning to the parking lot (1 mile round-trip). Be sure to bring walking shoes, water, sunscreen, and a small pillow to sit on if you would like. This site does NOT have a restroom facility.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Water bottle (and water)
• Hat and sunscreen
• Insect repellent
• Appropriate clothing (hat, hiking shoes/boots, long-sleeved shirts and pants for bugs)

Please no pets or unaccompanied minors.
