Adventure Awaits - Birding w/o Binox at Pondhawk Natural Area

Enhance your skills by learning to identify birds and other wildlife without the use binoculars. Immerse yourself in the wilderness at Pondhawk Natural Area as you learn to use all your senses to identify birds and other wildlife using calls, behavior and other clues. Please note: This naturalist-led 1.5 mile hike will take place on both concrete and natural surface trails.

The hike will start at Pondhawk Natural Area located at 1501 Spanish River Boulevard, Boca Raton, FL, 33431 Meetup in the NW corner of the City of Boca Raton Spanish River Library parking lot.

Please no pets or unsupervised children. Restrooms available at library.

Water bottle

Appropriate clothing (hat, hiking shoes/boots, long-sleeved shirts and pants for bugs)
