Advent Begins Nov. 29th

This Advent, we’ll explore the season through the Psalms, the ancient songbook that has given voice to generations of God’s people in times of waiting, grief, uncertainty, rejoicing, and hope. As Methodists, we know the power of music to teach, inspire, and deepen our faith. The Psalms offer us a way to express the complexity of Advent as we remember the coming of Christ while longing for the fulfillment of God’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Through scripture, prayer, and song, we’ll bring our own joys and struggles into this season of anticipation, discovering how these ancient songs speak to our lives today and help us find our voices as we wait, worship, and hope together.
