12:40pm: Dr. Ally Hilario - Understanding testing, including bloodwork, GI Map, and Dutch tests

1:00pm: Allison Adams, R.Ac - Introduction to acupuncture and cupping

1:20pm: Natalie Osterling Arias, Holistic Nutritionist - Foundations of nutrition, and how to build lasting lifestyle habits

Plus! From 2-3pm we're offering a free gentle vinyasa yoga class, open to all bodies and all levels! Even if you've never done yoga before, you will feel right at home with our yoga instructor, Lindsey Michell. Bring your own yoga mat and stick around after the open house to treat your body to some gentle and fun movement.

Parking: Free parking is located in the Port Credit Library, behind the clinic building, at 20 Lakeshore Rd E, Mississauga, ON L5G 1C8. There is also paid parking directly in front of the clinic building at 8 Stavebank Road.
