Join a hands-on demonstration focused on advanced welding solutions using Fronius equipment.

Topics Discussed:

An overview of Cold Metal Transfer (CMT), Fortis with pulse, and battery-powered welding and an introduction to Fronius technology. Topics included are welding dissimilar metals (aluminum to steel) using GMAW Cold Metal Transfer current and future applications as well as battery operated welding technologies and pulse SMAW applications.

Hands-on Demonstration:

This will have a practical hands-on component where you will be able to try out these technologies for yourself.

*Safety glasses, welding helmet and gloves are provided. Please wear natural fiber, long-sleeve clothing with closed toe shoes. Be aware that sparks in welding do happen and have the potential to burn holes in clothes and melt synthetic type clothing.
