Participants will learn how to create power flow sequences around the following categories:
- a portion of the body/joint action (e.g., shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle)
- a peak pose
- a theme (a subtle body theme or subtle energy expressed physically)
Participants will be guided on how to safely sequence a creative power vinyasa class using an arc of a class style sequencing. We will go through 3 classes together demonstrating the above categories, discuss how to put together a sequence, vary the sequence for different students, adjust the intensity and use anatomical knowledge to leave students with a feeling of balance and wholeness.
10 hours of CEUs with Yoga Alliance upon completion of the course. Students will be asked to demonstrate their knowledge of each section by group sequencing project.
Hours:
Friday 5-8 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Must be a certified/registered yoga teacher to attend (any program not just through Yoga Story!). Course will be filmed! All participants must agree to a video release.

$300 per person
