The Advanced SAFe® Practice Consultant (Advanced SPC) certification is designed for experienced SPCs ready to deepen their expertise and lead high-impact Agile transformations. This advanced credential equips you with actionable tools and strategies to influence change at the leadership level, implement Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) with confidence, and embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
